Respiratory Protection - OSHA

Respirators are one of the most common and important pieces of PPE, protecting workers from airborne hazards like dusts, fumes, mists, gases, vapors, and oxygen-deficient atmospheres found across many industries. Without the right respirator, a proper fit, and a reliable seal, these hazards can cause serious illness, irreversible injury, or even death. That's why every worker who relies on respiratory protection needs to understand how their equipment works and how to use it correctly. In this course, we'll cover the respiratory hazards you may encounter on the job, the different types of respirators and when each should be used, and how to properly fit, wear, inspect, clean, and store your respirator.

On the other hand, if everything makes perfect sense, you can go straight through the entire course right to the test.

How does virtual proctoring/testing with webcam monitoring work?

When you start your test, you will be monitored via your webcam. If you disappear from the screen or appear to be consulting another device or other material, you will be disqualified from the course. The company responsible for virtual proctoring is Integrity Advocate. You can find out more about how their system works here.
